Payment Options: We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, cashier’s check, and electronic funds. Please allow time for paper checks to be received and to clear—which can be up to 26 business days for US banks. We regret we cannot proceed with the order/session before payment is received. Please note that any currency exchange or foreign transaction fees associated with this purchase are charged by the credit card issuer directly and not Mindbenefits Neurofeedback. These charges can range from 1 – 4%, best to check with your credit card issuer for more information.

When Will I Receive My rental/session? At the appointment date and time. If you have purchased an order through Zengar® you will get e-mail updates on times.

My rental: All physical items must be returned in the same condition as provided. All lost/damaged items must be paid in full. Prices for each item are provided in the rental agreement. If the Hardware is damaged the client agrees to pay for the full repairs with Microsoft (charged through the client’s credit card on file) or agrees to pay a safety deposit of $500 before the drop off of the system. The system must be returned on the due date or will be charged $55 for every extra day after the rental due date. After 15 days have passed, the client keeps the rental system and will be charged $7,900 for the personal system or $11,000 for the professional system.

Consent Form: A Consent Form must be signed at the time of booking. Please note that your rental/session will NOT be realized until the Consent Form is completed and submitted to the trainer. You also must have all clients sign a consent form before beginning their training with you.

ZenConnect: When renting the system you may access ZenConnect. The Zengar® technical support team will access your rental system remotely to help resolve any technical issues. The ZenConnect button is available in the tools section of the Vault.

Service provided: It is incumbent upon those seeking neurofeedback services to determine the appropriateness and legality of the trainer’s education, qualifications and certification or licensure in their country, state or province if you feel that is an important component of quality of training. NeurOptimal® is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any disorder. Any other representations, statements or implications as to its suitability for any other particular purpose do not represent our terms and conditions (NeurOptimal® is distributed by Zengar Institute Inc.).

Privacy: The contents of PASS are private, and this privacy for all members is taken very seriously. Information and resources enjoyed as a result of PASS membership are for the member’s use only. Under no circumstances can these resources or information contained therein be circulated in any manner, shape or form.

Find-a-Trainer Listing: PASS member trainers may be listed on the “find-a-trainer” page. Trainer’s are required to have completed the Basic Certification course, and their membership will need to be in good standing. Internet: Please be connected to the internet at all times. A wired connection is recommended.

Cancellation: Fees are non-refundable in the event the client does not show up for the session without prior cancellation.
